Inspection before Takeover |

Sirmans gives advice to Client on future maintenance liability and recommend further improvement of the fixtures in the unit.
Our technician will check all
electrical appliances and furniture in the unit with the Landlord in order to make sure all items are in good status (if any). |

Change of Consumership on Public Utilities |
|
Sirmans assists Client to apply for the installation and the change of consumership on Public Utilities before the client takes over the unit. |

Moving |
|
In Bound , Out Bound and Local Moving) V Sirmans will assists Client to arrange site survey from various moving companies and Sirmans will prepare a comparison report and recommendation according to their quotations and track record. Sirmans will also co-ordinate and monitor the moving works and follow up the shipping schedule and unpack in destination. |

Free Inspection |
|
Free inspection will be provided to Long-term Corporate account for every six months. In order to avoid any damage caused by inherent defects, Sirmans will check and inspect the whole flat in details during the inspection and to report on all visible and invisible defects. Professional advice and comments will also be provided after each inspection. |

Minor Repairing Works Arrangement |
|
Sirmans will arrange technician to carry out minor repairing works namely fixing some loosen installations, mirrors or photo frames and replacing light fittings. No additional service fee will be charged on top of the quotation by our nominated contractor. |
