The landlord has a sound, reliable track record;
The recent market trend will be provided so that customers can arrive at a wise decision regarding the rental expenses.
Orientation Service
The purpose of the orientation is to facilitate customers' understanding about the environment in Hong Kong as well as the surroundings of their premises. The briefing material such as shopping guides, means of transportation, medical services, street maps on major locations of Hong Kong will be given to the employees during the orientation. Our Orientation Officer will arrange a 30-45 minutes meeting to introduce the general housing environment, school system, culture and customs in Hong Kong to the new expatriates so as to help them familiarize with a new life in the shortest time.
